I loved doing this painting! My husband was out of town and I hung it up in the livingroom before he returned. When he saw it, he thought it was a print until he got up close. We are both very pleased with how it came out. Everyone who's seen it has asked how I did it and where I got it from. I had mentioned to my brother that I was going to do one of his dog but couldn't find a good picture so he immediately sent me one. Now I'll have three more to do!

Excellent. Highly recommend! Super simple instructions with minimal improvement sections and it took me about 13 hours to complete. (Will probably blend a bit further but that is my personal preference)

I have emailed them 4 times to request they to either correct an issue or refund the purchase. They haven’t responded at all. The shipment took much longer than promised or expected because it came from China. DO NOT PURCHASE from them, they don’t stand by their promises.
Update 3/8/24. No response from Personalize or Shop! I’m very disappointed in Shop for not even responding to my emails.

I’ve finished painting 70% of my piece already and would say generally happy. The brushes are nice, the paints are beginner-friendly, the canvas material is good, the amount of paint given is more than sufficient. Just some minor feedback that the reference sheet should be larger so we know which number the region is, otherwise sometimes it’s hard to remember/ see the number so don’t know which color to apply.

Really fun, but the spaces to paint are VERY small in a lot of areas and the brushes provided are way too big to get everywhere accurately. The numbers are also hard to see in some areas. Otherwise it’s nice.

Wasn’t 100% happy with mine. The picture of the cat sitting on the bench looking out the window, and the view of what he was looking at was okay. But the other half which is behind him, was awful. When painted it was all black, brown and rusty colors, which made the whole painting look o so good!! This was a gift and now I doubt I will give to my granddaughter.

It took 4 months to receive, was more than twice the price, and most of the paints were dried out by the time it arrived.
