If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return them to our Pennsylvania office location for a refund up to 50 days after you purchase (paints dry out after a few months so unfortunately we can't offer a longer return period).
**IMPORTANT: To begin the return process, please Contact Us with the following information:
- The order number included in your order confirmation email
- The email address used to place the order
- The FULL name and address of the purchaser
- Your purchase date
Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for partially completed paintings.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Order Currently In Transit (<90 business days)
It typically takes 12-30 days for items to arrive at their destination from the day you placed your order. To track your order click here.
If it has been less than 30 days from when you placed your order, it is likely your item(s) are still in transit. In rare cases it can take up to 40 days to receive your order.
Personalize Everything is unfortunately unable to offer refunds for items that have been in transit for fewer than 40 days from when you placed your order.
Order Currently In Transit (90+ business days)
PersonalizEverything will send out a replacement order or extend a full (100%) refund on the item or items within the order that are still in transit. Just reach out to our support email at firstname.lastname@example.org or our Contact Us Page
Order with defective items
*Indicate clearly what's wrong with the item or item(s). Items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, after which a replacement will be sent or a refund will be extended for orders of which the buyer is not at fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please include a printout of your order confirmation in the package for identification purposes.
